WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT THE CIKAN HOUSE IN BOZEMAN
Introducing tanline! – a group of 6 odd yet wholesome individuals with unique backgrounds that is represented in their absurdly unique music.
tanline! began in Boston Massachusetts, as all its members attended the notorious Berklee College of Music looking to further develop their musicianship. Upon meeting in a Berklee basement jam, the 6 individuals found a strong interest in combining their many different influences into the music they played together. Whether that be Afro-Cuban, salsa, R&B or jazz, they just wanted to make things that sounded different and fun.
Once the band decided to take things to the next level, its bassist (Livingston-born and raised Cameron Reichert) brought all of its members to Livingston to record its debut album, “tanline_01.” The album has all of the influences previously mentioned, and is made of 9 completely original songs, with each member composing at least 1 tune. It is available on all streaming platforms now!
tanline! Looks forward to sharing more of its music and entertainment with the Treasure state when it returns this summer to embark on a Montana tour and record another album!
