Like many musicians, Billings’ pianist and composer Erik Olson spent much of 2020 reflecting on the year of ups and downs and putting it down in notes. Erik is returning to Walkers on January 15th to showcase his new material in the recently released album, The Erik Olson Quartet Live and is being joined by regional jazz icons Parker Brown, Alex Nauman and Bill Honaker as the Erik Olson Quartet. While most of the songs are deeply rooted in the jazz tradition, you can expect an eclectic set featuring a variety of different styles and genres. And as always, there is no cover! Celebrate with soulful food, craft drink and great music. 7pm-10pm.
