Welcome to the MSU Billings, 2023, Jazz Festival. Ensembles from High Schools, Middle Schools and colleges will be performing from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in Cisel and Petro theaters. The evening gala concert will feature the MSU Billings Jazz Ensemble and Neo-Soul Band followed by headliner, Ricardo Lemvo and Makina Loca (https://makinaloca.com/bios.html). The gala concert will be at Petro Theatre starting at 7:00 p.m.
