UPCOMING JAZZ & MORE

WILL BROWN AT THE CIKAN HOUSE IN BOZEMAN

Bozeman music fans! Saxophonist and Bozeman native Will Brown is back from NYC with two exciting nights of music at the best listening room in town – The Cikan House. Join him on April 28th and 29th as he showcases two unique nights of music with a different band each night.

Friday April 28th: Wayne Shorter Tribute Night – Featuring Craig Hall, Luca Rodoni, Michael Steele, Josh Poole, and Will Brown. Bozeman locals pay homage to saxophonist Wayne Shorter who we recently lost in March. The quintet will play selections that showcase Shorter’s ability to capture different eras in jazz, and highlight his constant growth as a composer throughout his 63 year musical career.

Saturday April 29th: Will Brown’s Imports Quartet – Featuring Finn Carroll (NYC, Missoula), Owen Ross (Missoula), Davy Nefos (Seattle), and Will Brown (NYC, Bozeman). The Imports quartet will focus on original compositions, modern jazz selections rarely heard in Montana, as well as folk inspired music presented in the context of jazz.

2 Sets of music each night starting at 7pm. Refreshments provided.

Tickets are $30 for one night or $50 for both nights. Limited seating – reservations are highly encouraged to ensure your spot!

Reservations can be made by emailing Will at willbrownsounds@gmail.com
