Another exciting news! Emma Dayhuff, a bassist, composer, and educator originally from Bozeman, MT, now living in Chicago, IL, shared some wonderful news with me! The Esthesis Quartet—comprised of Dawn Clement (piano), Elsa Nilsson (flute), Emma Dayhuff (bass), and Tina Raymond (drums)—has just released their album titled “Sound & Fury.” The album features the fantastic Bill Frisell on guitar! WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT LEVITY IN BILLINGS
Every Wednesday, Levity features Jazz Jam starting at 7:00 p.m. It’s a Jam Session with local jazz musicians. This week the house band – Joe Sullivan on keyboard, Robin Martinez on bass, Lloyd Marsh on drums, and featured musician Mark Fenderson on trumpet will be hosting the jam session! There are always familiar faces, but it’s open to anyone who can play. All you need is raw talent and your instrument!
