MSU BILLINGS JAZZ FESTIVAL CONCERT 2022
MSU Billings hosts 20 schools in a day of jazz and commercial music performances and clinics! Guest artists are Camille Thurman on sax and vocals (Wynton Marsalis, Kenny Barron, Alicia Keys, Harry Connick, Jr.) and Jamie Hovorka on trumpet (Arturo Sandoval, Paul McCartney, Jimmy Kimmel, Susan Tedeschi, Grammy Awards). We are confirmed for our (rescheduled) album release concert on February 26th, 2022, at The Cikans’ House, in Bozeman! We are excited about this recording, which features Michelle Manzo Cobb on vocals, Bob Bowman on bass, Cheyenne John-Henderson on piano, and Alex Platt on drums. Join us for an intimate evening of music, and pick up a CD while you’re at it! This is a special “limited release” event before we make the album available on downloading or streaming platforms, with only a limited number of physical copies available. The show starts at 7:00 PM, tickets are $25.00, and CDs will be available for a concert-only price of $7.00.
